Please know that we have built this program with the busiest people in mind. Our goal is to help you to leverage the time you have in a more effective and strategic way, while supporting you to prioritize growing your leadership to drive better results from your team.

How will the Power to Lead Inner Circle help grow my leadership?
When you join the "PTL" program, your very first step is your coaching intake session with either Anne or Heather. On that coaching call, we will discuss where you are with your leadership today, and your vision for yourself. We will also look at the barriers and challenges that keep you stuck and prevent you from achieving your potential. From there, you will receive a Power to Lead Blueprint that maps out exactly how we will work with you to achieve your vision. In addition to your bi-monthly coaching calls, you will be joining the leadership strategy sessions and working your way through building your competency to lead with authority.

What is different approach your approach to developing female leaders and entrepreneurs?
One of the truly unique aspects of our program is that it based on science and focuses on what we need as humans to actually develop towards our potential given our brain organization and the mechanics of the mind. It considers our conditioning as females in the patriarchy and how that impacts our inner stories about what we can and cannot do as leaders. Added to that is the overlay of the building the competencies required to lead effectively and the leadership consulting expertise to tell you exactly what steps to take to lead powerfully and with authority. Think of it as having a neuro-psychologist, personal therapist, leadership coach, management and human resource consultant, facilitator, leadership and strategy expert, and mentor (after all we are leaders and entrepreneurs too) ALL ROLLED INTO ONE.

Can you tell me more about the different coaching?
There are four different ways that we support you with coaching. Your individual coaching is with either Anne or Heather, and happens twice per month to focus on ensuring you build the inner foundation essential for leading powerfully and authentically. Each week, there are two leadership strategy sessions which you can join to listen in or sign up to get coaching support for a specific challenge. You can access coaching support as well in our Homework Club, specifically focused on the training modules you are working through, and finally, you have a check in each month with your Power to Lead Coach to ensure that you are progressing against your plan. In addition, you can reach out to your Power to Lead Coach to answer questions.

Will I see a return on my investment?
We developed the program to specifically address the gaps in other approaches to developing female leaders and entrepreneurs. Quite frankly, our reputation depends on YOU transforming your leadership and your life as a leader. Between the weekly coaching calls, the semi-monthly coaching sessions, the Facebook Group, the Homework Club, the live trainings and your Power to Lead coach, our entire team will be working to put you on the fastest path to leading confidently and powerfully. Bottom line, if you do the work and follow the system, you will see a profound difference and that will translate into your income opportunities.

How do I know the Power to Lead program is right for me?

How long do I have access to the program?
You will be coaching with us for 12 months. During your 12 months, you can join as many group coaching calls and marketing sessions as you'd like, post as many questions as you have, log into the membership portal as often as you'd like... it's all there for YOU!

What if I want more one-on-one support or help from Anne or Heather?
You can book additional sessions with your coach or tap into their expertise for specific business and team needs. Anne and Heather have broad expertise in facilitating organizational transformation as well as in building high performing teams. Heather is a frequent keynote speaker and delivers in-house programs for teams and organizations as well.
