How long does the LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS go for?

The program is intended to take 8 weeks to complete, however, you will have access to the resources, including the live group coaching for 6 months.

What if I cannot make the live coaching sessions?

Recordings for each live group coaching will be available following the session for you to access at your convenience, and as frequently as you would like. You will also have access to any recordings made prior to your joining the program.

What if I need help with something?

As part of your enrollment, you will be part of our Private Facebook Group where you can post your questions / challenges and we will respond either to your comment or by addressing the question at one of our daily live coaching check ins or in the next group coaching for the module.

How do I complete my Leadership Assessment?

Within 2-business days of your joining the program, you will receive a link via email to complete the Striving Styles Personality Assessment. You will receive your assessment results immediately, and a detailed digital (view only) Leadership Style report will be sent to you within 2 business days of your completion of the assessment.

If you do not receive the link, check your spam folders. Be sure to add us to your address book or verify us as a sender so you do not miss any of our communications.
