How long does the LEADING PERFORMANCE ESSENTIALS PROGRAM go for? The program is intended to take 4 weeks to complete, however, you will have access to the resources for 6 months in case you need more time to work through the program. How does the program work? Each lesson is a video recording along with a download with key information as well as activities that you need to complete to get the most out of the program. It is designed for you to work at your own pace based on the sequence of activities in each of the lessons. What if I need help with something? Just pop us an email - admin@caliberleadership.com. As soon as our Facebook Group next accepts members, we will also send you an invite where you can access other resources and live coaching.

How do I complete my Leadership Assessment? If you decide to purchase the Leadership Style Package on the following page - a great way to understand more about your style - you will receive a link via email within 2-business days of your joining the program to complete the Striving Styles Personality Assessment. You will receive your assessment results immediately, and a detailed digital (view only) Leadership Style report will be sent to you within 2 business days of your completion of the assessment.
