How long does the QUICK START PROGRAM go for? The program is intended to take 8 weeks to complete, however, you will have access to the resources for 6 months in case you need more time to work through the program. When do the training sessions take place? Each module includes a series of recordings along with workbooks and activities that you need to complete to get the most out of the program. It is designed for you to work at your own pace based on the sequence of activities and training modules. You can access these materials as often as you like over the 6-months you are enrolled.

How do I complete my Leadership Assessment? Within 2-business days of your joining the program, you will receive a link via email to complete the Striving Styles Personality Assessment. You will receive your assessment results immediately, and a detailed digital (view only) Leadership Style report will be sent to you within 2 business days of your completion of the assessment.
